Croft Solicitors have been instructed by Fair Deal for Expats, to challenge the President of the European Commission, Jean-Claude Juncker’s, ban on negotiations between the Commission and the UK government before Article 50 is triggered.  The challenge is being heard in the General Court, Luxembourg.

Fair Deal for Expats is an association of British expatriates living across the EU whose lives may be profoundly affected by the outcome of the Brexit referendum vote.
